Autumn Apple Crisp


  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 t cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 4 tart apples, peeled and chopped
  • 1 bag cranberries (optional use fewer apples if you want apple/cranberry combo)


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place chopped apples in greased 9×9 inch pan. Mix in cranberries if using them. Combine sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Cut in butter. Mix with your fingers until crumbly. Pack mixture over apples. Bake about 40-45 minutes, or until top is brown.

Yummy with ice cream!
