Peach-Yogurt Shake

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton vanilla low-fat yogurt
  • 3 cups peaches
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional)

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients except mint in container of an electric blender, process until smooth. Garnish with mint, if desired. Yield; 3 1/2 cups, about 156 calories per 1 cup serving.
